Game Rules

General Provisions

  1. 1.1. Agreement with the Rules

    By registering an account and using the game services, the player fully agrees to these rules.

  2. 1.2. Ignorance of the Rules

    Ignorance of the rules does not relieve you of liability for violating them.

  3. 1.3. Account Owner's Liability

    All actions performed from an account are considered the actions of its owner, regardless of who actually used the account.

  4. 1.4. Blocking Linked Accounts and Devices

    If a violation is detected, the administration reserves the right to block not only the offender's account, but also all associated accounts, devices, IP addresses, game profiles, and other links if there is reason to believe that they belong to the same user or were used to commit or benefit from the violation.

  5. 1.5. Use of Other Accounts and Access Transfer

    The administration does not recommend transferring access to your accounts to third parties or using other people's accounts. If multiple people use the same account or log in to other players' accounts, the administration is not responsible for any consequences. If one of the linked accounts is blocked, sanctions may be applied to all accounts and devices involved in the login, property transfer, character leveling, or other joint actions.

Players' Rights And Responsibilities

  1. 2.1. Right to Fair Play

    Every player has the right to a fair gameplay experience without the use of cheats, bugs, or other prohibited means of gaining an advantage over other players.

  2. 2.2. Right to Contact the Administration

    Every player has the right to contact the Administration regarding violations, technical problems, game errors, or controversial situations.

  3. 2.3. Right to Appeal a Punishment

    A player has the right to appeal a penalty imposed through the project's official communication channels.

  4. 2.4. Obligation to Report Violations

    Players are obligated to report known rule violations, the use of cheats, bugs, dupes, and other means of gaining an illegal advantage to the Administration.

  5. 2.5. Rewards for Assistance to the Project

    Players who provide evidence of serious rule violations, the use of cheats, bots, dupes, vulnerabilities, or critical game errors may be rewarded by the project administration.

  6. 2.6. Rewards for Bug Discovery

    The first player to report a previously unknown error, vulnerability, or method of abusing game mechanics to the administration may receive an in-game or other reward.

  7. 2.7. Confidentiality of Violation Reports

    The administration reserves the right to withhold the source of a complaint or rule violation.

  8. 2.8. Right to Participate in Project Development

    Players may submit suggestions for improving the gameplay, balance, economy, and mechanics of the project.

Authorities Of The Administration

  1. 3.1. Administration Decision Priority

    The Administration reserves the right to impose penalties for reasons not specified in these rules. In disputed situations, the Administration reserves the right to make decisions based on available evidence, server logs, and the interests of the project.

  2. 3.2. Repeat Violations

    Each subsequent violation may increase the penalty term, including a permanent ban, and/or increase the cost of amnesty.

  3. 3.3. Right to Investigation

    The Administration reserves the right to conduct investigations of players if a rule violation is suspected.

  4. 3.4. Evading Investigation

    Ignoring the Administration, leaving the game, refusing to respond to Administration requests, or attempting to conceal evidence during an investigation may be considered confirmation of a violation.

  5. 3.5. Appealing Punishments

    Appeals are accepted only through the project's official channels, provided there is evidence.

  6. 3.6. Rules Changes

    The Administration reserves the right to change, supplement, and update the project rules without prior notice to players.

  7. 3.7. Priority of Server Logs

    In disputed situations, data from game logs, monitoring systems, and administration tools takes precedence over player testimony.

  8. 3.8. Provision of Evidence

    The Administration reserves the right to withhold game logs, monitoring system results, or other evidence from players.

Technical Rules

  1. 4.1. Use and Distribution of Third-Party Software

    The use, storage, distribution, advertising, discussion of methods for obtaining, admitting to using, or encouraging the use of cheats, bots, modified clients, autoclickers, triggers, radars, client modification packages, process memory analysis programs, and any other software capable of providing a direct or indirect advantage in the game is prohibited. The presence of such software during gameplay may be considered a violation.

  2. 4.2. Use of Scripts

    The use of scripts, programmable keyboards, mice, automation programs, complex macros, and any means that allow a character to perform game actions without direct player participation is prohibited.

  3. 4.3. Unauthorized Access

    Any actions aimed at gaining access to player accounts, game services, databases, internal project resources, or service information without the permission of the administration are prohibited.

  4. 4.4. Use of Virtualization and Simulated Presence

    The use of virtual machines, cloud PCs, sandboxes, remote control programs, emulators, portable consoles, multi-window software, and any technologies that circumvent project limitations or simulate player presence is prohibited.

  5. 4.5. Exploiting Bugs

    Exploiting game, client, server, interface, or game mechanics errors to gain a game advantage is prohibited. Ignorance of a bug does not absolve you from liability after its discovery.

  6. 4.6. Destructive Actions Against the Project

    Any actions aimed at disrupting server operation, creating artificial load, interfering with services, DDoS attacks, exploiting network vulnerabilities, or attempting to disable the project are prohibited.

  7. 4.7. Macros

    Only simple game macros that do not make decisions for the player or allow the character to act independently are allowed. The player must be present at the computer and able to immediately respond to the administration during the player presence check.

  8. 4.8. Circumventing Punishments

    Creating new accounts, using other people's accounts, changing devices or IP addresses, or using other methods to circumvent the imposed punishment is prohibited.

  9. 4.9. Theft of Player Property

    Hacking accounts, stealing items, currency, or characters, using trusted access to appropriate property, and any actions related to the illegal seizure of game property are prohibited.

  10. 4.10. Account Transfer to Third Parties

    Account access transfer is at the owner's own risk. The administration will not consider claims for the loss of property, access, or characters due to voluntary account transfer. In the event of fraud, we will completely block the fraudster's accounts upon presentation of evidence (screenshots of correspondence/fund transfers). However, real money/carats/items cannot be restored. We recommend discussing all transactions in the game chats.

  11. 4.11. Interference with the Game Client

    Any modifications to the client, altering game files, decompiling, tampering with process memory, spoofing network packets, or bypassing the game's security mechanisms are prohibited.

  12. 4.12. Bot Farms and Mass Farming

    Creating a network of accounts for farming resources, currency, items, rankings, participating in game events, or otherwise gaining an advantage is prohibited. Both automated and manual centralized farming using multiple accounts, devices, or groups of people is considered a violation.

  13. 4.13. False Complaints and Forgery of Evidence

    Providing false evidence, editing materials, falsifying screenshots, and knowingly making false accusations against other players is prohibited.

  14. 4.14. Complicity in Violations

    Using property, currency, items, and advantages obtained as a result of other players' rule violations is prohibited.

In-Game Rules

  1. 5.1. Abuse of Game Ratings

    Artificially obtaining ratings, arena points, PK scores, achievements, statistics, and rewards through deals, fixed battles, twinning, and other schemes is prohibited.

  2. 5.2. Advertising of Third-Party Projects

    Advertising any third-party game projects, servers, resources, or services without the administration's permission is prohibited.

  3. 5.3. Reassembling Groups and Challenges

    Any actions aimed at bypassing competition by reassembling groups, guilds, or teams to achieve a guaranteed result are prohibited.

  4. 5.4. Prohibited Names

    Names containing insults, discrimination, political slogans, advertising, impersonation of the administration, or misleading designations are prohibited.

  5. 5.4.1. Use of English

    Character, guild, and pet names must consist exclusively of English alphabet characters (A-Z), numbers (0-9), and acceptable special characters supported by the game client. Characters from other languages, special Unicode characters, and their visual equivalents are prohibited.

  6. 5.4.2. Impersonation of Administrators Prohibited

    Using words and designations that create the impression of belonging to the project administration is prohibited: Admin, Administrator, GM, GameMaster, Moderator, Support, Developer, Staff, and any derivatives or visually similar variations thereof.

  7. 5.4.3. Offensive Names

    Names and titles containing insults, profanity, veiled obscenities, or demeaning statements against other players or groups of people are prohibited.

  8. 5.4.4. Discriminatory and Extremist Names

    Names and titles containing signs of racial, national, religious, political, sexual, or other discrimination, as well as propaganda of violence, extremism, and hatred, are prohibited.

  9. 5.4.5. Advertising in Names

    The use of links, website addresses, names of third-party projects, social networks, messengers, marketplaces, and other advertising is prohibited.

  10. 5.4.6. Misleading Characters

    The use of names consisting primarily of identical characters, visual deceptions, unreadable combinations of letters and numbers, and characters that make it difficult to identify a character is prohibited.

  11. 5.4.7. Restriction on "Fences"

    Using more than four identical symbols in a row, as well as structures that visually imitate lines, walls, or "fences" (e.g., IIIII, lllll) is prohibited.

  12. 5.4.8. Copying Famous Players

    Creating names that intentionally imitate or copy the names of famous players, streamers, administration representatives, or other users for the purpose of misleading is prohibited.

  13. 5.4.9. Administration Decision

    In the event of a dispute, the final decision on the acceptability of a character, guild, or pet name is made by the project administration.

  14. 5.5. Fraud

    Any deception of players in order to obtain property, currency, account access, or other benefits is prohibited.

  15. 5.6. Leveling Characters Outside of Monster Range

    The character receiving experience must be in the actual farming zone and be able to be attacked by monsters. Placing characters on elevated surfaces, textures, hills, ledges, safe zones, behind obstacles, outside the aggressive zone of monsters, outside the actual farming zone, or at any distance that prevents full participation in leveling is prohibited. Gaining experience in complete safety, as well as artificially keeping a character out of reach of monsters while continuing to gain experience, are considered violations.

  16. 5.7. Real-Money Transactions

    The administration is not responsible for transactions between players related to the purchase or sale of in-game items and accounts for real money.

  17. 5.8. Stream Sniping

    Intentionally harassing a streamer with the purpose of disrupting their broadcast is prohibited.

  18. 5.9. Abuse of Low-Level Characters

    The use of low-level characters in events, bosses, and activities for which they are not intended is prohibited.

  19. 5.10. Non-refund of items dropped during capture

    Any item dropped during capture by a participant is subject to refund in accordance with the game rules.

  20. 5.11. Fixed PvP Battles

    Organizing fixed PvP battles for the purpose of gaining ratings, rewards, or statistics is prohibited.

  21. 5.12. Use of Twinks

    Using additional characters for reconnaissance, blocking passages, holding points, gaining advantages during events, or other actions that disrupt the balance of the game is prohibited.

  22. 5.13. Intentional Interference with Gameplay

    Systematic abuse of game mechanics to interfere with other players without objective gameplay justification is prohibited.

  23. 5.14. Transfer of Property Obtained through Violations

    Transferring items and currency obtained through rule violations is prohibited.

  24. 5.15. Concealing Critical Game Errors

    Using, distributing, or concealing information about critical errors and vulnerabilities in the game is prohibited.

  25. 5.17. Actions against the principles of fair play

    Any actions not expressly described in the rules but aimed at gaining an unfair advantage, circumventing project restrictions, abusing game mechanics, or causing harm to the project and its players are prohibited.

  26. 5.18. Presence of characters in the territory of captures of players not participating in them

    Players are prohibited from being in the active zone of captures of castles, mines, and outposts that are not participating in the captures.

Chat Rules

  1. 6.1. Insults

    Insults and humiliation of players, relatives, family members, representatives of social, national, religious, or other groups are prohibited.

  2. 6.2. Dissemination of Personal Information

    Publication of personal data without the owner's consent is prohibited.

  3. 6.3. Political Topics

    Discussion of current politics, military conflicts, and other provocative socio-political topics is prohibited.

  4. 6.4. Insulting the Administration

    Insults, provocations, slander, and public humiliation of project representatives are prohibited.

  5. 6.5. Threats

    Threats of violence, harm, persecution, or other illegal actions are prohibited.

  6. 6.6. Spamming

    Repetition of identical messages, meaningless messages, and the abuse of symbols and capital letters are prohibited.

  7. 6.7. Buying and selling in-game items

    Direct or covert advertising of the purchase, sale, or exchange of in-game currency, items, characters, and accounts for real money in public communication channels.

  8. 6.8. Provocation and Incitement of Conflicts

    Bullying players, inciting violations, organizing conflicts, and mass quarrels is prohibited.

  9. 6.9. Spam

    Bullet mailing of advertisements, links, invitations, and similar messages.

  10. 6.10. Player Detection

    Detecting a player's channel through the use of general chat for the purpose of harassment.
